2010 San Diego Saint Patrick's Day Parade and Irish Festival This is a family friendly event which includes a parade that begins at 11am. The Irish Festival will be held at Balboa park between 6th and Maple from 10am -5pm. The festival will consist of entertainment, food booths, beer garden and a kid zone.
